Services - Mentoring and Coaching

A good software architect can positively influence the success of a software development project and requires a high degree of responsibility. For this reason, it's understandable that many organisations feel more comfortable using their own internal staff for these high value roles. Where this is the case, we are involved in a much less hands-on capacity to help guide and mentor internal staff through the project, typically on a part-time basis. Our goal is to help people feel comfortable and confident to undertake an architecture role themselves and to help them grow into a more rounded software architect.
