While there, I presented an Agile Breakfast session in Prague, which was organised by the local Agilia community. The topic was software architecture and the balance with agility.
You can find a short write-up in Czech at Agilní snídaně se Simonem Brownem and the discussion was superb, so thanks to everybody who came along. As usual, the slides from the presentation part are available to view online. I look forward to returning to the Czech Republic in 2014.
Simon is an independent consultant specializing in software architecture, and the author of Software Architecture for Developers (a developer-friendly guide to software architecture, technical leadership and the balance with agility). He’s also the creator of the C4 software architecture model and the founder of Structurizr, which is a collection of open source and commercial tooling to help software teams visualise, document and explore their software architecture.
